Returns for Products (Not Seeds):
We accept returns or exchanges for non-seed items as long as they are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition within 30 days from the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a USPS ground shipping method, when returning items.
If any sauce bottles arrive damaged, please send us a photo of the damage via email, and we will arrange to send a replacement. Returning the damaged items is not necessary.
Returns for Seeds:
As gardening can be influenced by a range of unpredictable factors, we do not offer refunds or replacements for seeds. While we ensure that all our seeds are within standard germination rates for federal standards at the time we send them, we cannot control external conditions like moisture, or sunlight, which can impact germination.
