Dolce di Minervino

Description

This sweet pepper is a mix of sweet orange and red frying peppers. The original red pepper is a Giovanna Serino family heirloom from the town of Minervino, in the Puglia region of Italy. It is crossed with the Golden Treasure sweet pepper to create a pepper that produces a delicious red and orange thin skinned frying pepper.
