Description
Clusters of medium to large (4–10 oz) smooth, round-to-slightly-flattened fruits with glossy skin ranging from deep pink to rose-red at full ripeness. Flesh is meaty and tender with a fine-grained texture, low seed content and a pleasantly juicy bite. Flavor is bright and well-balanced—sweet entry, lively acidity and savory tomato depth—making Zemer Kau excellent for slicing, sandwiches, salads and light cooking. Midseason maturity, approximately 70–80 days
