This stunning variety was first developed by Norbert Perreira of Helliner, France, and was commercialized by Tomato Growers Supply Company in 1997. It produces early crops of apricot-colored tomatoes, each weighing around 4 ounces and growing on elongated trusses. The flavor is exceptional, offering a perfect balance of sweetness and tartness with a rich, fruity taste. These tomatoes are particularly well-suited for drying or roasting, as they retain their vibrant deep orange color even after cooking.
