Indeterminate or semi-determinate vine producing abundant 2–4 oz elongated plum fruits with glossy, thin skins and a slightly fuller, juicier interior than classic paste types. Sweet, rounded entry with bright acidity and a lush, juicy midpalate that finishes savory and aromatic. Holds up in salads and sandwiches yet still makes flavorful sauces and roasted preparations. Color at peak ripeness is rich red to tomato‑brick. Flesh remains meaty but with a pleasantly juicy bite, offering more fresh‑eating versatility while still concentrating well when cooked. ~65–80 days
