Bridge to Paris

Description

This sweet pepper has a pretty interesting story. A hybrid pepper, originally called “La Paris”, was so delicious that the seed saver wanted to keep the variety going. Over the course of several seasons, the original seed saver experimented until the seed became a stable, open-pollinated variety from Phillies Bridge Farm.

Super sweet, thick fleshed and large peppers. Great for eating fresh or freezing!
